License Plate Replacement Bulbs by Dan From Steger from Steger, IL on 9/14/2010 Recommends it to Friends: Yes I own a 2007 Colorado Crew Cab. I bought 2 "5 Ultra Bright SMT L.E.D. T10 Wedge LED Lights" for the inside foot wells and loved the illumination. I tested the fit of one them in my license plate sockets and they were TOO long for the socket wells. Since the plate wells dont have reflective chrome, I needed something with forward shining LEDs. These 5050 S.M.D. Forward Firing LED Lamps light up my license plate very, very well.
