12 SMT Side Firing Wedge T10 LED Lamps

I purchased twelve of the 12 SMT Side Firing Wedge T10 LED Lamps for my travel trailer to extend the life of my batteries. I had a little problem with the installation of the polarized wedge LED Lamp into an incandescent light fixture where polarity was not a concern. The lamp socket polarity was reversed on many of the light fixtures where the LED lamps would work only shining the light up instead of shining the light down. I had to change the polarity of these sockets so the LED Lamps would correctly shine down. Other than this small problem, these LED Lamps are great!! The light output of the soft white LED Lamp is superior to the #194 incandescent I replaced.
My wife and I just returned from three nights of winter dry camping where we had heavy battery usage including using an inverter to run 120 volt appliances for hours at as time. Normally the batteries would be drained by the start of the third night, but not this time. After the third night the batteries still had about two/thirds of a charge left! I did not have to fire up the generator on this trip. I never realized how much power the #194 incandescent lamps used. These LED replacement lamps are a must have for dry camping!!

I replaced the 194 T10 lamp in my campers range hood with this led in warm white color.I checked color and light output before and after changing,and was amazed it was the "exact" replacement of the 194,and uses less power.
