LEDLight.com Refund Policy:

    If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please email LEDLight.com within 30 days of your purchase.  LEDLight.com will refund the entire purchase price of the product less shipping and handling. Refunds will only be shipped or returned to domestic addresses only if out of the country customer will be required to pay the additional shipping cost for non-domestic return authorization. Please email LEDLight.com for a return authorization (RA) number, an (RA) is required for each order number, if more than one order is placed with the same person. If the product is not in original condition the product will not be accepted. Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt.  Any product damaged or shortage claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery by emailing LEDLight.com.  The customer is responsible for shipping insurance and delivery confirmation when returning (RA). LEDLight.com will not replace blown up 12VDC E27 bulbs that are screwed into 120VAC. If customer wishes to exchange color, the customer will pay for both shipping the product to us and shipping it back. We try to match LEDLights in color and appearance but they can vary from order to order. All returns must include original packing slip and return authorization (RA) number marked on the box.  The (RA) number is valid for 30 days from issue date meaning that within 30 days or your purchase you can return your order minus shipping cost. Please allow up to four weeks from date of CA or RA authorization for the account to be credited, or the defective product to be replaced.

LEDLight.com Warranty Policy:

    All products purchased directly from LEDLight.com have a 1 year warranty.  Please save your email as a receipt for warranty. No refunds after 30 days. LEDLight.com cannot warranty LED Lights that are not designed for continuous use such as RV, boat and planes where the LED Light  is not used for the proper use. Please use LEDLight.com products that are designed for continuous use such item 34344. LEDLight.com will replace the warrantied items with the equivalent product in stock. The LEDs color and the product appearance can change, LEDLight.com cannot guarantee to replace the product exactly to match the product you have warrantied from LEDLight.com in both product appearance and LEDs color. LEDLight.com will repair or replace the defective product. If the product is repaired the LED Light will be replaced with a new LED Light. The new LED may not match the existing LED since it is new and manufactured in a new batch of LEDs. LED Lights fade over time. LEDLight.com will warranty faulty or defective LEDs, LEDs that flash, flicker or are not operating. LEDLight.com will not warranty LEDs that have their light output decreased over time. LEDLight.com will only replace the defective LED Light product and will not replace the other functioning LED products so that they will match in color or brightness. LED Lights that are damaged by a negative voltage or electrical, damaged by improper voltage or voltage spike will not be warrantied.

 

LEDLight.com Minimum order amount:

There is no minimum order amount in the United States. To ship out of country there is a minimum order amount of $250.

 

 

(CA) Product return for Credit

Up to 30 days the customer is required to contact LEDLight.com via email or telephone to obtain a Credit Authorization (CA) number to return the product for credit. Products that are marked with (NCNR) on the order are not returnable for credit. Customer wishes credit authorization (CA) to return the product within 15 days of CA customer will receive credit on their credit card. If the product is not in original condition and all boxes and packing are included the (CA) will be refused and the customer will be required to pay for shipping the non returnable product back to customer. LEDLight.com receives and processes the order please allow up to 4 weeks for processing.

(RA) Product returned for Replacement

Up to 1 year the customer is required to contact LEDLight.com via email or telephone to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number to return product for replacement. Customer wishes to return defective product customer must obtain a return authorization (RA) for replacement up to 1 year from date of invoice. Products that are marked with (NCNR) on the order are not returnable for replacement. Customer is issued a return authorization number to return the defective product only for replacement of the same exact product. Customer has 15 days to return product using RA customer pays for shipping cost to LEDLight.com. LEDLight.com replaces the defective product and pays for shipping cost to ship the replacement product to the customer please allow up to 4 weeks for processing.

Backorder Items

You have 30 days money back on your backorder items from time backorder items are shipped. This does not include if part of received order, only backorder item. Your original items still have 30 days from original invoice. LEDLight.com can choose the shipping method for backorder items.

LEDLight.com Email Reply Policy:

All emails received by LEDLight.com will be answered by one of our representatives as soon as possible. If you do not receive a  "automated ticket" from our system stating that we have received your email please resend your email, this means that we have not received your email and therefore cannot respond to it.  

LEDLight.com Shipping Policy:

Shipping time varies between service. Orders are processed and shipped usually the same day before 12 p.m. during a business week. Customer is responsible for shipping on backordered items. The shipping carriers that we use are United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). If you placed your order by mail and paid with a check, your order will be held until your check has cleared your bank, up to 21 days. We will send you an e-mail confirmation when your order is shipped. Our online inventory is automatically updated as orders are placed. If the Availability of any item in your order has changed, we will notify you of any backordered items promptly. We will also usually suggest substitute items. If we do not hear from you with you within 3 business days, we may choose to ship the rest of your items and close your order. Unless order is expedited we will ship expedited.

(IPS) Incorrect or missing Product

Incorrect or missing product than what was ordered on the original order ID the customer is required to verify the original order products when order is placed via email or telephone. Up to 3 days the customer is required to contact LEDLight.com via email or telephone for a Incorrect Product Shipped (IPS) authorization number. LEDLight.com pays for shipping and ships the missing or incorrect product to the customer. LEDLight.com provides the customer a prepaid return shipping label to ship the incorrect product back to LEDLight.com

(DPS) Defective or Broken Product

Up to 3 days the customer is required to contact LEDLight.com via email or telephone for a Defective Product Shipped (DPS) authorization number. Products that are marked with (NCRA) on the order are not returnable for replacement or credit. Customer is required to pay for shipping the defective product to LEDLight.com. Customer requests Defective Product Shipped (DPS) Return Authorization number for each incorrect order and ships product to LEDLight.com within 15 days of the  DPS being issued. Customer pays for shipping the broken or defective product to LEDLight.com. If the product is broken and/or faulty the customer will get credit on shipping amount up to the original shipping cost of the order and credit for faulty or broken or defective parts.

If the customer ships a product/products that do not have a valid IPS, DPS, CA or RA authorization number the product/products will not be processed and returned to the customer and the customer will be required to pay for the shipping cost to have the product/products returned. The customer must have a unique return authorization number for each product/products that is being returned for each order that is being returned. Any products that are returned that are not on the unique return authorization number will not be processed and the customer will be required to pay to have the product shipped back that is not on the unique return authorization number for each order ID that the customer is returning. If the customer refuses a shipment the customer will be required to pay for the shipping cost required to ship to have the product shipped to them. Please make sure the IPS, DPS, CA or RA authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the returned package so that the order can be processed.

Products that are not returnable for credit or replacement and are identified by NCNR.

These products are Edison based (E27) 12V AC/DC products. The reason they are not returnable is because they can be easily screwed into a E27 socket that is greater than 12 volts AC or DC and will destroy the product. If LEDLight.com issues an incorrect (CA) or (RA) for these products that are labeled on the invoice as NCNR the product will be ruined at the customers expense and no replacement or credit will be issued.

LEDLight.com reserves the right to process the return authorization based on the rules above even if LEDLight.com issues incorrect CA, RA, DPS or IPS.

We ship most orders in used boxes. Because it utilizes substantially less energy to reuse than to recycle, we will reuse packing materials whenever possible, rather than buy new, although recycled, materials. Most packing materials are also reused. Most items may be shipped to FPO/APO military addresses. Orders will be shipped through the Postal Service because UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Some oversized/bulky items cannot be shipped to FPO/APO addresses. You will be notified by email if any items in your order cannot be shipped to your FPO/APO address. At the end of the purchase order we offer a shipping calculator to easily determine the shipping cost associated with that particular order.
