This led bulb is comparable to a 15 to 20 Watt incandescent glass festoon. The end caps are plated for rugged long life connection. Easy to install just remove the old festoon and insert the new led festoon plug & play. Since the new led festoon is non polarity you do not have to worry which way to install the bulb. This LED Festoon lamp is very bright. However, its dimensions are much larger than described. The actual dimensions are: 42 mm long, body diameter of 12.7 mm, and the endcaps are 8.8 mm in diameter.
