Specifically designed to decode or eliminate hyper flashing due to use LED lights. The relay blinker is CE and Rohs listed. The flasher has a rated flashing life 400 hours. The led flasher duty cycle is from 30% to 70% 85+-10 c/min. The flasher has three terminals. The first terminal goes to the positive battery terminal. The second terminal goes to ground. The third terminal goes to the turn signal level common terminal also called the winker switch. The load can be either LED or incandescent. Please make sure to connect the anode of the turn signal lamp to the turn signal level for the correct side either L or R. Connect other end of the turn signal lever to the other turn signal lamp.
