Please connect one side to the source plus voltage and the other side to the anode of a led that the cathode goes to the common ground. The rated voltage is 11 to 15 Volts. Voltage drop at rated current is 500mV. Time to first flash is less than 1.5 seconds. Approximately 60 to 120 flashes per minute. Duty cycle 35% to 75%. The black wire is load output. The red wire is power input. The approximate size is 1.27" long, by 0.66" tall, by 0.66" wide.
