6 Ohm 50 Watt 3157 Inline Load Equalizer

3157 inline load equalizer for dual filament 3157 led bulbs. Two load equalizers for both the taillight and blinker/brake light. Handles up to 8 Amps or 4 Amps per filament. The harness length is about 10". The wire harness is made of 14awg and 18awg. The insulation near the load equalizer is heat resistant. Plug and play just insert led bulb into inline load equalizer and insert inline load equalizer into your original bulb socket. This 3157 socket has two tabs. Works from 6 Volt to 12 Volt positive ground or negative ground vehicles or motorcycles. Easy to install no crimping or soldering needed. Since the load equalizers are 50 Watt they run cooler so they will last longer. Load equalizers are made of anodize aluminum for long life. Operates approximately 100C, please make sure to mount the equalizers to metal so they operate cooler. The load equalizers can become hot to the touch. To test the load equalizer will get warm or hot for the following: turning the blinker on on the same side load equalizer installed, applying the brake lights the rear two load equalizers will become warm or hot. Turning on the taillights all four load equalizers will become warm or hot. The load equalizer body width is 1.57". The load equalizer body length is 2.16". The load equalizer body screw mounting slot width is 0.13". The load equalizer body screw mounting slot length is 0.78". The load equalizer body screw center to center slot is 1.30". The load equalizer body height is 0.72".
