Rebaydo 3157 dual filament LED inline load equalizers are designed for use with dual filament 3157 LED bulbs and work with 6V to 12V vehicles or motorcycles, positive or negative ground. Each unit handles up to approx. 8 amps total or approx. 4 amps per filament. The plug-and-play design allows you to insert the LED bulb into the load equalizer and then insert the equalizer into your original socket. Harness length is approx. 10 inches with 14 AWG and 18 AWG wires, heat-resistant near the load equalizer. The load equalizer body is made of anodized aluminum, approx. 2.16 in long × 1.57 in wide × 0.72 in high, with screw mounting slot width approx. 0.13 in, slot length approx. 0.78 in, and center-to-center distance approx. 1.30 in. Operates up to approx. 100°C; mount to metal for cooler operation. Units run cooler due to the 50W rating, improving longevity. Installation is plug-and-play with no crimping or soldering required, and two tabs on the 3157 socket ensure a secure fit. During operation, the units may become warm or hot: when the blinker on the same side is on, the corresponding load equalizer warms; brake lights cause the rear two load equalizers to warm; taillights cause all four to warm.
