Red: great; Amber: big disappointment by John from Deerfield, NH / Sanford, FL on 4/21/2010 Recommends it to Friends: Yes I replaced the tail/stop/turn lamps on my 95 F250 with the red version. They are brighter than the stock 3157s, pure color, very nice. Also, very expensive, but sometimes you get what you pay for. I also replaced the front parking/turn signal lamps with the amber version, which was a complete disappointment. On their bright setting, they are about the same brilliance as the stock 3157s at low brightness. I would not use them if they were offered free. Obviously, I returned them. (Updated on 4/21/2010.)
