Very satisfied! by tinhart from Seattle, WA on 3/17/2009 Recommends it to Friends: Yes This LED light, and the nearly identical GU10 variant of it, are probably the most satisfying LED bulbs I have purchased to date (I have purchased 10 different types of bulbs). They are actually every bit as bright as the description claims (about 45 watt equivalent), and were actually a much brighter, cleaner, "museum quality" light compared to the 5 watt CFL bulbs I replaced with this Par16 LED light. Of course the cone of light these Par 16 LED lights make is narrower than an incandescent or CFL type would be, but in my case that wasnt an issue at all (there is so much light bounced off the white walls my LEDs are pointing at it really lights up the room).
