Rebaydo 1pc BA15D LED Headlight 5 To 30 Volt Dual Filament Non Polarized operates on 5 to 30 volts AC or DC and works with positive or negative ground systems. It works with 6V, 8V, 12V, and 24V systems, generators, and alternators. Designed for vintage and classic cars, trucks, tractors, motorcycles, scooters, and older Ford applications, including 8 volt Fords and Model T applications.
The BA15D base has a 15mm diameter, two bottom contacts, and parallel bayonets. Overall length is 2.52 to 2.54 inches, maximum diameter is .98 inch, body length above the base is 1.77 inches, and bulb protrusion after installation is 1.75 inches. Base length is .79 inch and base diameter is .59 inch. Pin-to-pin spacing is .26 inch and locking-tab spacing is .66 inch. Aviation aircraft aluminum construction and a super conducting aluminum circuit board help keep the LEDs cool.
The dual-filament design provides up to 1200 lumen low beam and 1800 lumen high beam. CSP 2525 SMD LEDs measure approximately 2.5mm x 2.5mm and are positioned on both sides to simulate the original filament. One row illuminates for low beam and both rows for high beam. The headlight can be rotated 180 degrees to adjust beam orientation.
The 5 Watt LED is comparable to a 35 to 45 Watt incandescent bulb. At 13.5V, White draws 498mA and Warm White draws 525mA. Available in White 5000-6000K, White 6000K-6500K, and Warm White 3000K. The constant-current design maintains consistent brightness, operation is not dimmable, and rated life is up to 30,000 hours. It can also be used for tail lights or brake lights and upgrades a 32/50 CP bulb up to 94/141 CP.
Compatible applications include 1130, 1184, 1188, 35/35 halogen bulbs, Model A, Model T, listed Ford applications, GE 1000, 32/32 headlamp, GM 138177, GE 1188, Mazda 1000, and Ford Roosevelt applications. Load equalizers may be required if flickering occurs or the bulb does not switch between low and high beam. Installation requires no vehicle modification. Please do not look directly at a lit LED.
