Please make sure to reset the device using the included reset pin. Please down load the app and fill out the registration. Real simple to hook up and operate using your iphone or droid phone. The app has options to turn on and off or select the desired dimming amount. Very easy to install this wifi device to your router just by entering the user name and password the device connects to your wifi rounter. This device does not have a power indicator just a hole to reset the device using the reset pin.
