This Rebaydo 2pcs BAY15D (1157 Male) to GX4.0 / GU4.0 / GX5.3 / GU5.3 (Female) converter adapter allows compatible two-pin bulbs to be used in an 1157 style light bulb fixture. It converts an 1157 bayonet base socket to a two-pin style connection so compatible GX4.0, GU4.0, GX5.3, or GU5.3 bulbs can be installed without replacing the fixture. The adapter is designed to work with most compatible two-prong bulbs and is commonly used for lighting conversions or custom lighting applications. This device functions only as a connector and does not regulate, convert, or produce electrical power. The operating voltage is determined by the fixture wiring. Approximate dimensions are 1.17 in × 0.66 in × 0.58 in. Two converter adapters are included per package and each unit is inspected before shipment.
