17" LED Third brake light for antique vehicles has dual filament. DOT lens. This third brake light is for 6 volt vintage and classic vehicles, cars, trucks and motorcycles. Uses approximately up to 720mA@6.8 Volts for the brake light and uses up to 88mA@6.8 Volts for taillight. The brake light is up to 4.9 watts @ 6.8 Volts for brake light and the tail light is up to .59 Watts. Comparable up to a 40 to 45 Watt incandescent bulb. This third brake light will work either positive ground or negative ground. Operates from 3.2 Volts to 7.8 Volts non polarity. Works with either positive ground or negative ground. Has two recessed mounting holes that are .165" diameter so you can mount this on the surface. The hole to hole spacing is 16.14". If mounting to glass you would need to use some double sided tape or fabricate some kind of mounting bracket to use on glass. Approximately 17" long, about 1.1" wide, .7" height. Has both tail light and brake light. There are three wires that are 7.4" long, one wire is for ground "black", one wire for taillight "white" and a wire for the brake light "red". The wires come out the back side about 6.57" from one of the sides. There are 9 pcs of a superflux led for super bright. The lens is made of PC. The lens is red and the superflux led are red. The lens has 7 magnifying lenses and 2 diffused lenses. Long life up to 30,000 hours. The lens also has a general diffused lens in all other areas to the third brake light. This led third brake light will illuminate all over except to the 7 magnifying lenses area and the 2 diffused lenses area. The back is encapsulated in epoxy to help keep the water and snow from damaging the LED third brake light. IP67. Can be used as a turn signal. Rohs listed.
