Since this bulb is led it uses 90% less power than your halogen or incandescent bulb which is easier on your generator or alternator. Uses up to 5 Watts in high beam and uses up to 3.3 Watts in low beam. Load equalizers may be required, if the bulb will not switch from low beam to high beam or if the bulb flickers when installed.
