This Rebaydo 2pcs E26 / E27 Male to E26 / E27 Female Socket Extender is designed to extend an existing E26/E27 socket by approximately 1.5 inches. It is useful when adapting PAR30 short-neck lamps for fixtures designed for PAR30 long-neck lamps or for other bulbs that do not sit properly inside a fixture. The extender can also make bulb installation easier in recessed or hard-to-reach fixtures. It is compatible with standard E26 and E27 Edison screw base bulbs, including LED and incandescent lamps. E26 and E27 are commonly used interchangeably and refer to the same standard Edison screw base size. This adapter functions only as a connector and extension and does not regulate, convert, or produce electrical power. There are no electronic components inside and it simply provides two metal conductors that extend the existing socket connection. The adapter supports up to 1200 W with a rated voltage of 110–240 V AC at 50/60 Hz. It is designed to operate within temperatures from -30°C to +170°C with an environment temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and operating humidity of 30%–65%. The unit carries an IP5 rating and is suitable for low-ventilation environments. Approximate dimensions are 1.10 in × 1.66 in with an extension length of approximately 1.5 inches.
