LED compatible 12 volt DC flasher, maximum 150 watt. Can use incandescent or LED bulbs. Please do not exceed maximum wattage. CE and Rohs listed. Long life while flashing up to 400 hours or longer. See product detail for warranty period. Includes 1 item per package. Up to 13 amps max. This relay is saves time and money by not having to install load equalizers with LED bulbs. This flasher relay meets D.O.T., S.A.E. and all applicable state and federal requirements. The lamp capacity is from 1 up to 6 led or incandescent lamps. Since you can use up to 6 bulbs usually means you can have a trailer connected to your flasher or automobiles that have more than 2 rear bulbs for a turn signal indicator. Easy to install, remove power, remove old flasher, insert new flasher. Since this flasher can use LEDs the load for the flasher changes from a minim of .1 Amp to a max of 14 Amps. The voltage drop due to this flasher is 0.8 volts. This voltage drop is due to the flasher being a hybrid electronic flasher versus a electro-mechanical flasher. Since this flasher is designed for negative chassis vehicle the anode of the led bulb has to be hooked up to the L load terminal of the flasher. Then you hook up the cathode of the led bulb to ground. If you have non polarity AC bulbs incandescent or led you do not have to worry how to hook up the bulb. This flasher will eliminate decode hyper flashing so you do not have to worry about the led bulbs hyper flashing using your existing old flasher.
