E27 to E12 converter by Ray from Raleigh NC on 12/31/2011 Recommends it to Friends: Yes We had purchased a sanctuary lamp for our church that had been made in Europe. Light sockets were E27 Edison bases that would not accept American bulbs. This converter allowed American Candelabra LEDs (E12 base) to be used without having to change out the outlets and rewire the bases. Ordered 4 converters but one didnt work but LEDlight Company promptly replaced it at no charge and it was received in 4 days. Great company that I will order from again. We had purchased a sanctuary lamp for our church that had been made in Europe. Light sockets were E27 Edison bases that would not accept American bulbs. This converter allowed American Candelabra LEDs (E12 base) to be used without having to change out the outlets and rewire the bases.
