Yes, it is the best by Dick from on 11/6/2008 Recommends it to Friends: Yes I use it as a head light on my electric wheel chair. It gives good wide lighting with a pleasant white color. At 200 milliamps draw. This beats my old incondescent lamp which drew 5 amps. The result should be more range and dependable lighting in times of house power failure. Dick Allen Anderson In.
